What we collect

If you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the area your property is in, the service you are asking about and whatever you write in the message box. That is all. We do not ask for anything else and we do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

So we can answer your enquiry, arrange to come and look at the job, and send you a quote. We rely on legitimate interest for this — you have contacted a builder about building work, and replying to you is what you would reasonably expect.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to us and to Top Rank Solutions, who look after this website and monitor that the form is working. It is sent using Resend, an email delivery service. Nobody else receives it, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we might reasonably need them — normally up to two years, or longer where we have carried out work for you and need the record. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and there is nothing on it that follows you around the internet.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email shapecreateandbuild@gmail.com or ring 07502 002750. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
